Thank you for using Transly. This agreement explains the auto-renewal terms and conditions for our in-app subscriptions on iOS. Please read the following carefully to make sure you understand the subscription process and your rights.
Subscription Plans
Transly offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly subscription: renews automatically every month
- Annual subscription: renews automatically every year
- Other promotional subscriptions: renew according to the terms of the specific promotion
Auto-Renewal Rules
- All subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- The renewal fee is charged to your iTunes account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- The renewal amount is the same as the initial subscription price, unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
Managing and Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription by following these steps:
- Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device
- Tap your Apple ID (at the top of the Settings page)
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the Transly app
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" or choose a different subscription option
Note: Canceling during the current subscription period does not result in immediate loss of access. You can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
- A free trial (if any) begins when you confirm your subscription.
- At the end of the free trial, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Some promotional offers may be available only to new users or users who meet specific conditions.
Refund Policy
- All refund requests related to purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, not directly by Transly.
- To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or apply through your iTunes account.
Price Changes
- If the subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app notifications and/or email.
- Price changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
Data Usage
- During your subscription, we collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
